This is a very rare demo game that was only available in Japan for a short time in 2001 as part of a McDonald's contest. This game was never available for sale and the contest to win this particular prize was difficult to win. It includes demos for Parappa the Rappa 2 and PipoSaru 2001. You can play through 2 full levels of PipoSaru 2001 and instead of hearts, you receive McDonald's burgers to increase your health! The loading screen showed the monkeys eating burgers too. Very rare Collectible. Game comes in a Mcdonald's case.
